In Gallery 1, the works on display in this gallery focus on the figure of the actor and cast. The artists adopt theatrical settings, costumes and gestures that speak to how identity and emotional states are expressed.
In Gallery -1, the work of art can be seen as an experiment or exploration. Artists use their bodies as testing sites or create mechanical means of production where controlled conditions draw attention to accident and intention, risk and comprehensibility.
